LA Fitness is one of the UK's leading chains of health and fitness clubs, operating over 78 clubs throughout the UK.

All but two of their gyms have swimming pools, and they all have a fully equipped gym floor with the latest machines and free weights. They also all offer a wide variety of studio classes such as circuits, step aerobics and spinning classes. Many clubs have additional services and facilities such as steam rooms and saunas, with a few clubs even offering tennis and squash courts too.

FREE 1 day gym pass

Get full use of all the facilities at your chosen LA Fitness gym, perfect if you've not been a member of a gym before and aren't sure if it's going to suit you, and also ideal if you've been a member of a rival gym and want to see how the facilities compare!

You can chat to the expert trainers and see if they can help you work out a program to achieve whatever your aims are - what's even better is you can attend the gym for one days to really get to grips with all of the facilities.

This gives free access to any of the 79 clubs LA fitness have nationwide (excluding South Kensington) for 3 days, however some facilities within some clubs may incur a small extra charge - please check with the club of your choice when attending.

6 Week gym membership - from £49

The perfect solution if you aren't sure you'll either be in the same area for a full year, or you just want to have a short term body blitz to get in shape.

You can join the gym of your choice for a 6 week period for a fee that could be as low as £49 for the entire period. (prices vary according to location)

Long Term Gym Memberships

If you are certain you want to take a long term gym membership to take advantage of the reduced cost (we only advise this if you've been a member at a gym before, and KNOW you'll be using it regularly - otherwise we suggest shorter term offers), you can select a wide range of long term offers from LA Fitness, the offers vary all the time, and are different according to the club you wish to join, so it would be a full time job to list all the offers on here. (at last count, just one of their locations had 23 different membership options!)

We still suggest if there is an offer you are keen on, that you go for the free trial, and perhaps try to negotiate with the sales person at the gym of your choice when the trial ends - the worst they can do is stick to the advertised offer rate!
